I’ve spent my entire career trying to build and maintain a high-performing organization where colleagues are excited to come to work. We may not have called it DE&I 20 years ago, but its principles were as critical to that work back then as they are today. We need diversity to drive innovation, equity to support our colleagues and inclusion because it’s the bedrock of any workplace culture.
